Coach Vin Valenti
Having started as a Member in 2013, he immediately became addicted to everything about TFW Mahopac. The Coaches, the workouts, and the group format promoted a sense of family and team accomplishment. In 2020, Vin obtained his Personal Training Certification through NASM and was immediately hired as a Coach. Coach Vin worked for 26 years in various Compliance and Risk roles at several large investment banks. Finding this work unfulfilling, the opportunity to purchase TFW Mahopac came about in late 2023.
Coach Vin has a passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Having dealt with his own personal health issues, and having received so much help to recover, it’s become his mission to assist other people in any way that he can.

Coach Kim “Queen B” Bennett
Coach Kim is a Somers High School Graduate. She joined TFW in May 2013 as a Member, which rapidly improved not just her physical health, but her mental health as well. She fell in love with the close relationship between Members and Coaches. The “Familia” as we call it. She holds her Personal Training Certification through ISSA and is also a Precision Nutrition- Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach. She began coaching at TFW Mahopac in January 2015, and when asked why she loves coaching here, she said, “I’m paying it forward. I want others to experience the mental and physical benefits that I have achieved from the program.”
