Youth Training and Conditioning Group Class

Designed specifically for high school and college athletes, this fitness class targets strength, power, and injury prevention through a customized blend of resistance training and plyometrics. Our primary goal is to boost athletic performance in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Exercising alongside peers helps teens and young adults stay motivated, build healthy habits, and enjoy the process. Regular strength training offers long-term benefits—supporting strong bones and joints, managing weight, increasing lean muscle mass, and lowering body fat. For some teens, it can even help reduce elevated blood pressure.
