John Praino attended Mahopac H.S. in Mahopac New York where he excelled as a three sport athlete. He attended Long Island University, C.W. Post on a scholarship to play Division IA baseball. John graduated from C.W. Post with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education and a minor in Exercise Physiology. In the fall of 1998 he took a job teaching physical education and coaching baseball in the Yonkers Public School district. In june of 1999 John became a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He worked for two years as a master trainer in New York City at New York Sports Club learning everything he could about the industry.

I am a 42 year old divorced mother of three. My life has always revolved around my family. As much as I wanted to exercise and be in shape finding the time and the motivation was always difficult for me. I made getting in shape my New Year’s resolution every year for as long as I can remember, and by the end of February I was back to not watching what I eat and the exercising would dwindle down to nothing.
